PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Roofer to work on a construction site in Birmingham for ongoing work, on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence.
Roofer roles and responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision.
- Provide assurance to residents by clearly explaining actions and next steps.
- Take ownership of work, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' on all jobs.
- Stay within budget and time constraints whilst completing tasks.
- Operate in compliance with company Health and Safety guidelines.
- Stay up to date with technical and legal requirements related to your skill areas.
Roofer requirements:
- Proven experience in general roofing, including pitched and flat roofs
- Skilled in guttering installation and repair
- Competent in flat roofing systems, including torch on felt application and felting techniques
- Ability to strip back existing roofing materials safely and efficiently
- Experience with ridge work, including bedding and pointing
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
Roofer Benefits
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Weekly pay
