Monday–Thursday | Ideal Hours: 9am–3pm
£13–£14 per hour | Paid Weekly
18-Month Fixed-Term Contract | 4 Days Per Week

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Site Administrator to support two large commercial fit-out projects in Glasgow, working 2 days per week on each site.

This role offers excellent flexibility and would suit someone looking to work around school hours or an experienced administrator seeking a flexible contract opportunity.

You’ll be based in modern, professional site offices within major refurbishment projects, with great public transport links and free nearby parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration and document management
  • Data entry and CRM updates
  • Uploading and issuing induction packs
  • Printing drawings and scanning documents
  • Tracking deliveries and booking plant equipment
  • Monitoring trade cards and certification expiry dates
  • Supporting the commercial team with admin tasks
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting site teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Friendly, professional approach
